1qqee Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

1.1 Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 1qqee website, mobile site, and any related services offered by 1qqee ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including visitors, registered members, and players who have made a deposit.

1qqee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Who May Use 1qqee

To register an account and use the 1qqee Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1qqee strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and requires identity verification during registration.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. Only individual players may hold accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 1qqee, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1qqee Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and all account credentials. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• 1qqee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 1qqee support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted on your account, whether or not you authorised it. 1qqee is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to adequately secure your login credentials.
• Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure. 1qqee will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any such action is taken.

3.2 KYC Verification

1qqee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, utility bill, proof of payment method, or similar) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. 1qqee currently accepts the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players, subject to availability:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Deposits via mobile banking methods are typically processed within 60 seconds.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard. Card deposits are subject to the terms of your card issuer in addition to these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified in the name of the account holder. 1qqee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is published in the Banking section of your account dashboard and is subject to change.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal delays.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if 1qqee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. 1qqee will notify the player where legally permissible.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by 1qqee are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a promotion-specific term states otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration and KYC verification. Bonus offers may not be available in all regions.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and their calculation method are specified in each promotion's terms.
• 1qqee reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets that exploit a mathematical advantage regardless of the bonus terms, or systematic low-risk wagering.
• 1qqee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where practicable, players who are mid-campaign will be given reasonable notice of changes that materially affect their ongoing bonus balance.

6.1 Our Responsible Gaming Commitment

1qqee is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed via the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that cap the amount you can fund your account within a given period. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: caps on the net amount you can lose within a specified time period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Time-out / cooling-off: a temporary suspension of access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a time-out you may not place any bets or access your account funds for gambling purposes.
• Self-exclusion: a longer-term exclusion from the Platform of a minimum of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be lifted early.

7.1 Forbidden Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1qqee Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, with all balances forfeited, and 1qqee reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one account on the Platform, including through the use of associates, family members, or other persons.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 1qqee.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using 1qqee to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code, algorithms, or systems of the Platform.

8.1 Ownership of Content

All content on the 1qqee Platform — including but not limited to the 1qqee brand name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 1qqee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content on this Platform without the prior written consent of 1qqee, except as incidental to your normal use of the Platform as a registered player. Any unauthorised use of 1qqee intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

9.1 Platform Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1qqee and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 1qqee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 1qqee does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

10.1 Right to Amend

1qqee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. The date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, your only recourse is to close your account and cease using the Platform.
